Traveling Superintendent - Restaurant and Hospitality

They specialize in complex commercial construction, with a particular focus on high-end restaurant projects, delivering both ground-up and interior build-outs for nationally recognized brands throughout the United States.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations from project startup through turnover
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and project documentation
- Manage ground-up and interior renovation projects valued at $5M+
- Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Background in high-end restaurant, hospitality, or upscale commercial construction
- Experience managing both ground-up and interior projects
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
Pay
Salary: Up to $110,000 - $130,000 + Paid Overtime
