Traveling Superintendent - Restaurant Construction

Based in Florida, we are a well-established builder specializing in restaurant and convenience store construction, including national brands such as Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Wawa, 7-Eleven, Aldi, and Burlington Coat Factory.

About the role

We are hiring a Traveling Superintendent due to growth. Most of our work is in the Southeast and East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Travel to project sites, primarily on the East Coast and Southeast.

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Experience with commercial construction projects.
• Ability to travel extensively (most projects are on the East Coast, specifically the Southeast).

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with restaurant or convenience store construction projects.
• ProCore experience.

Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 per year
