About the role
The organization is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead healthcare construction projects throughout the Midwest. Candidates must be comfortable working in active medical environments and maintaining strict compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead field operations from mobilization through project completion
- Manage site safety, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate subcontractors and daily field activities
- Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings
- Ensure compliance with infection control and healthcare regulations
- Drive project schedules and milestone completion
Requirements
- 7-15 years of superintendent experience
- Healthcare construction experience required
- Experience managing projects between $10M‑$100M+
- Ability to travel 75‑100%
- Knowledge of ICRA, life safety, and occupied renovation protocols
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
