TRAVELING Superintendent - Healthcare/MEP

A well-established Texas-based general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support projects based out of Abilene with a strong focus on healthcare construction. This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex healthcare facilities - from hospitals to specialty clinics and medical campuses - with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up)
• Coordinate work in active healthcare environments
• Maintain strict safety, infection control, and scheduling standards
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control
• Interface with owners, architects, and internal teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Healthcare or related complex project experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments
• Ability to travel regionally / stay project-based out of Abilene
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills
