Top ENR GC looking to add to their Healthcare Team-Traveling Superintendent for Ground Up and Renovations of large Healthcare Projects. Excellent opportunity for growth and incredible benefits package!

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.
• Proven experience in managing ground-up constructions, renovations, additions, and expansions.
• Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to different project locations.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management are a plus.
