About the role

Zions Bank seeks to hire a Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO to support their branches in the Park City, Kamas, and Coalville areas. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Previous teller experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
