Traveling New Accounts Teller (20 Hours) – Utah County

About the role

Zions Bank seeks to hire a Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO to support their branches. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience, such as banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or successful completion of company-approved training. The ideal candidate should possess advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, and bank products, along with strong customer service and balancing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking
• Working knowledge of math
• Solid balancing and customer service skills
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs

Pay

Minimum pay is $19 per hour

Schedule

This position primarily supports branches in the Utah County area. Mileage reimbursements are provided for travel over 25 miles round trip from home. On occasion, employees may be required to travel to cover shifts in areas like South Salt Lake.
