About the role

Zions Bank seeks to hire a Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO to support its branches across the Salt Lake area. This position involves providing quality service, maintaining advanced knowledge of branch operations, expanding the client base, processing cash transactions, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
  • Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
  • Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and banking.
  • Working knowledge of math.
  • Solid balancing and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Pay

Minimum pay is $19 per hour.

Schedule

This position primarily supports our branches in the Salt Lake area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
