Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate hydrodemolition pump, cutting tractor and semi power unit
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety regulations while driving
- Maneuver and operate a CDL Class A semi power unit with 53' trailer on roads and highways
- Maintain an acceptable driving record to meet FMCSA, FHA and CDL requirements
- Handle hydro-demolition debris and other cleanup tasks
- Provide guidance to operation centers to help them plan for cleanup and water control
- Use hydrodemolition equipment, hoses, and attachments safely and effectively
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, hours worked, and production details
- Conduct routine inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Perform basic maintenance (checking fluid levels, inspecting hoses, cleaning filters)
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalene
- CDL-A preferred, but willing to provide training
- Pre-employment physical and drug test
- Background check and MVRA
- Able to lift 100 lbs
- Willingness to travel throughout the USA
- Mechanical experience (preferably with diesel engines and electrical troubleshooting)
- Previous hydrodemolition or hydro-cleaning preferred

Rampart, a national specialty trade contractor and a division of Structural Technologies, is currently seeking Hydrodemolition Technicians. Rampart’s office and training center is headquartered in Coraopolis, PA (near the Pittsburgh Airport).
