Traveling Concrete Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead all field activities related to structural concrete construction
• Manage daily operations for crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Cook up manpower planning and production schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and company standards
• Oversee quality control and concrete placement activities
• Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines
• Conduct subcontractor and coordination meetings
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership teams
• Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
• Drive productivity and maintain project profitability

Requirements

• Superintendent experience on large-scale structural concrete projects
• Experience with:
• High-rise concrete construction (6 stories+ minimum)
• OR Data Center construction
• Proven success leading vertical concrete work independently
• Strong understanding of structural concrete sequencing and execution
• Able to travel extensively to various project sites as required
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site

Qualifications

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to USD 135.000
• Vehicle allowance provided
• Per diem available for traveling Superintendents
• Travel support provided based on project assignment
