About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join our compassionate, care-giving team. The RN will develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment, demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration, and travel to provide care within a designated Benedictine region as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• Have excellent communication skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse (RN)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
