Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed
• Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Requirements

• Preferred: Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist
• Preferred Certification: CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
• Minimum 18 months experience required for CST certification
• If no Surgical Technologist program completed (e.g., on-the-job training or military training), five years of work experience is required
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
• Ability to complete orientation and training

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $1,800.00

Schedule

• 12-week assignments
• 3x12-hour shifts (day shift)
• Start date: ASAP
