About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician for a hospital contract in Baltimore, Maryland. The position is expected to last 13 weeks, starting October 12, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to established procedures.
• Operate steam sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and low temp sterilization equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and equipment processing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Support surgical teams by providing sterile supplies and maintaining cleanliness of processing areas.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience required.
• Trauma Level I and II experience required.
• Does not accept first time travelers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and must possess a valid driver’s license. No criminal background check is required.
