VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician for a 13‑week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. The position is with a hospital surgical services department, requiring 40 hours per week on night shifts (23:00‑07:30). The start date is October 12, 2026.

Requirements

• Sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap SPT experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Preferred experience in neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, or GYN cases
• CBSPD and/or HSPA certification
• First‑timers not accepted
• Nights and weekends only
• One‑time payment of $20 for a parking pass

Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly of surgical instruments
• Meet the specific needs of neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, or GYN cases when applicable
• Support the surgical team by ensuring the availability of sterile equipment and supplies
• Adhere to facility policies for float within scope and RTO requirements
• Comply with infection control and safety protocols in a Level I Trauma Center setting

Pay

Pay range: $1,173.17 – $1,231.83 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Night shift: 23:00 – 07:30, 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
