About the role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician for a hospital contract in Clinton, Maryland. The position will last for 13 weeks and is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Decontaminate and disinfect surgical instruments and trays
- Practice aseptic technique during sterilization procedures
- Prepare case carts and organize trays
- Place instruments on trays and apply preference cards
- Ensure proper selection of wrapping materials and sterilization wrapping procedures
Requirements
- CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA certification
- 3 years of experience
- Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
