Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a 29‑bed step‑down and medical‑surgical unit.
• Handle a patient ratio of 3:1 on the step‑down unit and 6:1 on the floor.
• Titrate drips such as Heparin, insulin, and anti‑hypertensives under written orders.
• Use EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and order management.
• Monitor patients on Phillips telemetry systems and collaborate with charge RNs and Clinical Associates.

Pay

Pay range: $2,336.08 – $2,452.88 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week).
