Responsibilities

• Managing ventilated patients
• Performing phlebotomy
• Tracheostomy (trach) management
• Port access
• Central line care
• Maintaining telemetry monitoring

Requirements

• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS (required)
• Education: BSN preferred
• Experience: 1 year of prior acute care or step‑down experience required
• Location: Must be at least 75 miles from the facility
• Valid license in the relevant state(s)
• Recent experience with vents, IV starts, telemetry, trach management, port access, and central lines
• Must pass Relias EKG exam; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Floating within service line, including to medical‑surgical units, is expected
