Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring step-down unit services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent experience in Step Down Unit.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
- Current BLS certification.
