Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations and ongoing therapy for students in the K-12 setting
- Develop and implement IEP-based goals; monitor and document student progress with data-driven progress notes
- Provide direct therapy (individual and small group) addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams; attend IEP meetings and case conferences
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and district policies; maintain accurate caseload documentation and timely service delivery
Requirements
- Active Oregon license as Speech-Language Pathologist (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to work in a K-12 school setting; daytime schedule
- Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week for the 42-week assignment
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
