Travel Sourcing Specialist (hybrid)

About the role

Lead sourcing processes for travel-related services, including drafting RFPs, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors. Support contract remediation and execution activities, such as MSAs, SOWs, extensions, and amendments. Work within a multi-stakeholder or corporate environment, supporting procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage corporate travel contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high service levels.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate travel policies; identify and recommend policy improvements.
• Conduct regular reviews with travel vendors to monitor performance against SLAs and resolve issues.
• Analyze travel spend data to identify trends, cost savings, and areas of leakage.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on travel booking and reimbursement processes.
• Assist in coordinating travel logistics during emergencies or business disruptions.
• Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.

Schedule

Hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week. Temporary project, estimated 12 months with possible extensions.
