Manitowoc - Hospice Census: Average patients/day: Census of 30 patients in home/facility, 4-5 visits/day (SW schedule themselves. So it's autonomous)
Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year of experience SW. Highly prefer hospice experience and previous travel exp Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes, if they've done hospice SW

- MSW State License: LCSW
- Driver's License

Pay package
