Travel Social Work - Social Worker - $2,800 per week
Travel position in Worcester, Massachusetts. 13-week assignment starting ASAP, 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial comprehensive assessment of clients who have identified a need for behavioral health services, including clinical interview and contact with collateral providers, natural supports, and family members when possible, appropriate, and consent is provided.
- Complete diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations.
- Engage client in safety and crisis planning.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when indicated.
- Assess eligibility for services, medical necessity, and treatment preferences.
- Complete treatment plans including client’s strengths, preferences, and behaviorally based goals and objectives as required by program standards.
- Complete referrals to indicated services and coordinate care on behalf of client, as required by program standards.
Requirements
- Must have a permanent Massachusetts license or a Master's degree and be working towards an independent Massachusetts license (LMFT, LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, PsyD).
- 1 year of recent experience.

Pay
Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
