Travel Physical Therapist - $2,800 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Neillsville, Wisconsin. The position involves 40 hours per week of 8‑hour day shifts (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) in a full‑service medical center where the rehabilitation department operates with a collaborative team of PTs, PTAs, and rehab aides. The workload is approximately 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient, treating 8‑12 patients per day in 30‑ to 45‑minute blocks, with common diagnoses being 90% orthopedics and 5‑10% general weakness/neurological conditions. The facility uses Cerner for charting.

Responsibilities

• Work 8‑hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Position is 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient
• Treat 8‑12 patients per day in 30 to 45 minute blocks
• Common diagnoses include 90% orthopedics and 5‑10% general weakness and neurological conditions
• Cover acute care and swing bed settings, with outpatient comprising approximately 90% of workload
• Perform evaluations for inpatient cases with PTA covering the remaining patient load
• Minimal weekend requirements – approximately once every 2‑3 months for 1‑3 hours maximum
• No holiday requirements
• Maintain clean and professional workplace attire or scrubs
• Clock in and out at the facility
• Use Cerner charting system

Requirements

• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Must be a graduate from a certified school
