Responsibilities

• Provide social work services in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license.
• At least 2 years of recent social worker experience.
• Active or pending state license as an social worker.
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for social worker.
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess a current state or equivalent compact license and at least 2 years of recent social worker experience as a Social Worker.
