About the role
GLC On-The-Go is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a travel job in Jackson, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to patients in an acute inpatient medical setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and provide interventions to address mental health and social issues.
- Document all clinical activities and progress notes accurately and timely.
- Participate in team meetings and rounds to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- ACTIVE License - LMSW or LCSW AND ACTIVE MS State License.
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Inpatient Medical Case Management / SW experience that includes at least 1 year (in the last 3) in a LARGE Hospital (500+ beds, LEVEL 1/ACADEMIC Medical Center).
Qualifications
- Experience in a LARGE Hospital (500+ beds, LEVEL 1/ACADEMIC Medical Center).
- No telephonic, utilization management, or therapy experience is acceptable.

Pay
- Week of 36 gross: $2218.00
- Week of 48 gross: $2806.00
Schedule
- Days: 7a-7p every Wednesday & Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- Shift: 12 hours.
