Travel Social Work - LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker - $2,218 per week

Talent4Health is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a travel job in Jackson, Mississippi.

Requirements

• Licenses: Active LMSW or LCSW license AND active Mississippi State license
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Acute Inpatient Medical Case Management experience that includes at least 1 year (in the last 3) in a large hospital (500+ beds, Level 1/Academic Medical Center) - this does NOT include telephonic, utilization management, or therapy experience
• Travel experience: Previous travel in a level 1 facility (in the last 3 years)
• Computer skills: Strong computer skills, must be proficient in EPIC charting
• Additional experience: Acute care/ED discharge planning experience; recent (within the last two years) acute inpatient medical case management experience
• Candidate profile: Highly experienced candidates with acute inpatient case management and discharge planning experience - training on unit will be minimal, candidates need to be able to pick up quickly and work efficiently

Schedule

• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days (7a-7p)
• 36/48 rotating schedule: every Wednesday & Thursday and every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Weekend Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirements: Rotated as needed
