About the role

The Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide clinical social work services to patients and families in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress notes and maintain patient records

Requirements

• Current license to practice social work in the state of Idaho
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical social work experience
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
