Requirements
- Resume must include psych experience and specify age groups served (e.g., Psych RN - Facility - [AGE GROUP/POPULATION] - DATES)
- Resume must list units worked (e.g., Medical social worker, Behavioral health social worker, Long term care social worker)
- Request time off (RTO) cannot exceed 7 days or holidays
- Skills checklist completed within the last year (document required)
- Two supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment (document required)
- Current certifications (document required)
- Licensed in Vermont or willing to register on the Roster of Psychotherapists who are Non-licensed and Non-certified with the State of Vermont (must apply within 24 hours of accepting an offer)
- Driver’s license or address must be included in submission packet (rate decrease if within 35 miles)
