Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with regulations.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• 8 weeks initial duration, 8AM- 4:30PM with Weekdays and weekends.
• 2 years of Medical Social Worker - Hospital experience required.
• BLS(AHA) & LCSW (Clinical Social Worker) required.

Qualifications

• License to practice as a Social Worker in California.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• LCSW certification.

Skills
