- CA LCSW License is required.
- Master of Social Work from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Must have hospice or palliative care experience and be comfortable conducting advanced directive conversations with end-of-life patients and their families.
Description
- Schedule would be days 8:30-5 Mondays through Fridays.
- 8 weeks initial contract
- Must be willing and able to float to sister facility and other departments as requested and qualified.
