Travel SNF Physical Therapist - $3,106 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Havre, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Experience with patient education and discharge planning.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position is 13 weeks long and 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and flexible scheduling.
