Travel SNF Physical Therapist - $2,645 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Havre, Montana. The position is scheduled 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour shift rotating from 07:00 to 19:00.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients with various physical impairments
• Assessment and planning of patient care programs
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment

Pay
