About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 29, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $3,160.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
