Travel SNF Physical Therapist - $2,499 per week

About the role

This role involves organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy, aimed at addressing impairments and functional limitations to improve the patient's quality of life following injury or disease. The assessments and treatments will take into account the patient's gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Congduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and rehabilitation efforts.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited professional education program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Montana.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain empathy and understanding towards patients.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
