Travel SNF Physical Therapist - $2,037 per week

About the role

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Experience working in SNFs preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
