Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,549 per week

The assignment is located in Rockleigh, New Jersey, providing access to quiet suburban surroundings, nearby Bergen County attractions, Palisades Interstate Park, downtown Englewood, and approximately 20 miles from Manhattan for dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance to adult patients recovering from stroke, pneumonia, cardiac conditions, hip conditions, and acute care needs.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and activity levels under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 90%.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
• Experience treating adult patients.
• Experience with NetHealth.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 30‑minute lunch break.
• 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts.
