About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract in Farmington, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Active ME Physical Therapist Assistant License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,540.00
