Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,549 per week
About the role
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Stockton, California.
Responsibilities
- Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress using NetHealth and PCC systems.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).
- Experience in geriatric and short-term rehab settings.
- Experience with NetHealth and PCC.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include associate degree in Physical Therapy and active state license.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with NetHealth and PCC documentation systems.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
