Job Details

• Location: Windsor, Virginia

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Physical Therapist

• Valid state license

• At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting or equivalent clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with elderly patient populations

• Familiarity with SNF protocols
