We are seeking a travel Physical Therapist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing physical therapy services
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing treatment plans
- Ensuring quality patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license
- At least one year of recent experience
Certifications
- Current BLS/BCLS certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a travel role
Schedule
This position involves working 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift.
