Responsibilities
- Assist patients in recovery from injuries and manage chronic conditions in diverse settings, providing therapy services in a SNF environment.
- Ensure quality patient care, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Deliver therapy sessions, evaluate patient progress, document treatments, and support patient recovery goals.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA.
- Active State License required.
- BLS Certification may be necessary.
