About the role
A travel Physical Therapist is sought to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to patients, ensuring quality care and rehabilitation goals are met.
- Deliver therapy sessions, assess patient progress, document treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, in a travel capacity.
Qualifications
- Licensed in Physical Therapy
- Relevant experience in SNF settings preferred
