Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA
• Active state licensure required
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in LTC/SNF/TCU settings
• BLS certification may be required

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in therapy
• Flexibility to cover shifts including occasional weekends
• Ability to work independently in diverse environments
