A travel Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in therapy within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients
- Develop individualized care plans to restore mobility, enhance function, and improve quality of life
- Perform assessments
- Implement treatment interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory standards
- Provide patient evaluations and treatments
- Develop care plans
- Document clinical activities
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
- Active Nevada PT license
- Current BLS certification
- Prior SNF experience preferred
