Join a skilled nursing facility where you'll make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following illness, injury, or surgery. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary rehab team in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.
- Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Collaborative rehab team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs
- Treat orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, and medically complex patients
- Focus on balance training, fall prevention, functional mobility, and safe discharge planning
- Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
