About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Culpeper, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and guidelines related to occupational therapy practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress towards treatment goals.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active VA Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.
- Proficient in using therapeutic techniques and equipment.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,160.00
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
