Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Meridian, Mississippi.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress towards goals.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active MS Occupational Therapist License.
