Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in North Manchester, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License.
