About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sheridan, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Active Oregon OT License
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current active license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
