About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Hillsboro, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
- Current CPR certification.
